Purpose of this document

This is an internal working proposal document for KTC’s Araqila experience partnership. It brings together the core proposal, experience catalogue, operating notes, and Araqila-facing rates so the team can later build a polished guest-facing experience card and a separate live rate sheet.

Core positioning

KTC could be positioned as Araqila’s local experience partner—bringing signature trails, regional hosts, seasonal ideas, and reliable on-ground execution that prioritizes guest experience over the lowest possible cost. This partnership is not only about adding activities to Araqila’s stay; it is designed to create stronger guest memories, better reviews, longer stays, higher guest spend, and a clearer reason for guests to choose Araqila.

The KTC Difference

KTC does not treat destinations as a collection of attractions. We treat them as living landscapes shaped by ecology, culture, food, people, seasons, and stories.

KTC experiences are not sightseeing. They help guests:

Every experience is designed to help guests understand a place — not just visit it.

Proposal overview

KTC proposes to manage Araqila’s local experience offering across nature trails, village immersions, food experiences, cultural day experiences, workshops, add-ons, and activity operations — with new experiences continuously scouted, added, and refined over time.

New experiences will continue to be scouted, tested, improved, and added season after season.
